Seems to me, it they can get their year end fins audited in March - they are certainly in line for financing to complete their obligation with their 4 signed letters of intents on...

Since they are actively working on becoming fully reporting with the SEC thru a Form 10, their co-listing shares on both the European and and Canadian exchanges should not be that far behind the up-list on the OTCQB .
There volume of work completed in 2014 was awesome, guess we will stay tuned.
