Lionshare, that is a very insightful comment, but in your detailing of events, would it be MSJ that goes public or AEM/Minera Agave given you said the assets were bought by AEM from MSJ?

Now if AEM has the assets, why would SRGE even exist as a shell? If the assets were bought from MSJ by AEM, would we not have seen a public press release and be entitled to a share of the proceeds?

What is the point of SRGE even existing and trading if the assets have already transfered to MSJ and sold to AEM?
