I wasn't really worried, but just called back and a lady answered the phone after about 6 rings. I didn't catch her name. It seemed like she was busy as she sounded out of breath when she answered the phone. That is definitely a good sign. She was very friendly and was willing to look into my order and will get back to me. I would expect and hope they don't have a large amount of staff. More money being invested back into GRCU this way.
