I don't see how they could discriminate against a public entity as long as state laws were followed. You know, like the grow has to be within the borders of the state and no crossing state lines etc....Or just do a private subsidiary of GRCU. And 2 other things 1) I would get that drink in every dispensary in the state and 2) They need to brand the hell out of the name Green Cures ~ should have called the drink Green Cures with a big ole weed plant right on the can- Everything GREEN CURES make it a household name! Much like this logo!
