Manipulators fold quickly if they believe risk is high of loosing their road bloc. They too realize that on PR could send AMBS parabolic. So much of the trading below .08 is not much more than phantom trading......just exchanging shares trying to trigger a panic, but very few significant shareholders don't see the game.....
