The last time I spoke to him about the whole MSE ordeal, he mentioned that it is commonplace to re-work these kind of royalty agreements and that it was nothing to worry about. I am interested to find out if he is able to sell the brand and/or walk away from it without a big legal battle. I will definitely get some kind of update on the whole matter. Cheers!
