I posted something along the lines of : Here's a question, if Baltia was to file suit against IHUB for allowing slanderous comments to continue and they won as a precedence has been set in a previous lawsuit against them, I hope this levels the playing field and they govern themselves accordingly. If they win, would that be considered profit for Baltia, where would that show up on the balance sheet?

I think its a good question, and it is on topic. Whether they like it or not. I find it incredulous that they not only my message but also banned me.
