Literally the million dollar question.
But it doesn't seem like HC would ask for more info if they intended to reject. I would say that no way would such a PR pass a lawyer smell test if a straight up rejection letter was received. Law suits will be flying if a formal rejection happens now.
However, why wouldn't legal action be pursued if Canada's privacy act was violated; especially resulting in stock market losses? Makes no sense not to; at least this situation gives FITX a much needed +1 over HC.
