There has been complications, now resolved, resulting in the delay of mining.
Delay of mining = no money to buy back.
We are all aware that Joel had to dump to clear conversions and a few other expenses. He has bought back quite a few shares already, and now with revenue about so start up again, the SS will shrink and, IMO... Shrink fast.
