Bill Chaaban said a year ago during a video interview that, “Getting an HC License is like getting a Liquor License.”
Well, I’ve gotten a liquor license, and if the Liquor Board sends you a (Intent to Reject Letter), that means that all the necessary steps needed to decide your application has been completed, and that we have made up our minds. Barring something “NEW” from you, our decision is final.
