I believe the letter has more to do with the spin-off then with the facility in Lakeshore. If you all recall, part of the spin-off was having the entire BOD go through another security clearance.

I'm sure it is all very complicated and HC is requesting more information before the actual spin-off happens. Hence the 20 day timeline.

Bottom line is the letter might be an indicator of being very close to receiving the license and spin-off announcement. That's why the PR says CEN is "pleased" that HC is requesting more information. In other words, CEN is pleased we are in the final stretch.
