i noticed the breakdown (thanks to your link). mostly inexperienced investors. still in school. males. whatever. i notice how people who don't know much about investing broadcast negatives

know-nothings attack a stock. do a "survey" to see what is said

the "hearsay" investors. anyone can spot them. usually complaining about other people (as to their circumstance. never accountable)

investors with experience are
rational (not emotional)
do research (seek value in a position)
have rules
techniques
keep their capital safe
maintain perspective
et al

agreeing with ur comment. ihub is critical to the short strategy. they are there to, as you say, add questions, doubt, fear

any response to bashers gives them a platform and attention. inadvertently validates them as a "voice". longs avoiding them are wise. others will learn

no one posts 24/7 with multiple aliases (someone showed how samsamsamiam's posting stopped where chitownmike's took off; these people criminalizing foley are pot-n-kettle)

smart investors should already know these things. take it in stride. and if you are long. avoid the negative broadcast. don't even give them the time of day. same thing on inv hangout. why i love this place. they can't bully their way in. the founders who created this site won't tolerate their dogpoo lies
