No surprise to me! GRCU's PPS has been under attack since last spring. I don't mean to sound arrogant but I predicted this action last week before the RS release. Read my 2/12 post from a week ago in the link below. I posted the PPS would be lucky to see .01 in spite of the RS release whether on time or not. IMO if GRCU allows this to continue with huge gaps between milestones and worse; another false start then we will see .001's again or worse. A milestone can be as simple as a proven Rico Suave sales number or announcement of new stores or advertising or any other material event. They could also place an article in a industry trade journal or interview to create investor interest. On the other hand I question if any of those ideas would help. IMO some entity wants GRCU gone! Management might know how to create a great Hemp product but they don't have a clue about what can take place in the OTC! The share structure needs to be reduced without an RS. Hopefully they are working on that while raising capitol in other ways other than dilution.
