Hey everyone,
As you know the SEC and FINRA allow IPO's to be 20X max what a company has in assets or cash flow. We have a combination of both in $30M in hard assets and cash flow as well. This is why we are doing a 10X valuation in IPO of what we are worth because I want to keep value in our stock. I'm not Eddie Vakser or Luther Jeffries. I have my shareholders best interests at heart because I want to be a multibillion dollar enterprise eventually. Included in our plans are AEI Connect (Only 21+ entertainment/ nightlife business social media community), SMG-TV App (Roku, IOS & Android), and the acquisition of a top grossing swingers nightclub.
