Those purchases not only have the 6 month restrictions, but the investors being on the Board of Directors may also have an agreement with the company not to sell shares until 6 months after revenues are earned.

Regardless, these particular investors.....being on the Board of Directors.....can't sell shares without first notifying the public in advance before they start selling.

So these purchases are effectively not part of the tradeable market shares for quite a LONG time.............
