I've heard shorting OTCBB stocks from US accounts is forbidden or at least most brokers forbid it. I'm not sure if it is a law or not or just difficult to get US based brokerage to approve a OTCBB shorting account. Canadian and off-shore accounts can short OTCBB stocks all they want. If I have a friend in Canada with a cell phone and we trust each other then guess what he will do for me?
