In the past "the reporters" owned 5% or more of MNGG(or YTRV)-they no longer have those shares.
We will need to wait for clarifacation. Was it part of the "conversions" that were sold after MNGG took over?
We know there were 2B that were released and took us down the current PPS.
Plus there were more-that never became available-Joel bought them back BEFORE they were released into the SS.
