WNTR why you need to eye up this #pennystock .0005's will most likely hold as solid support. Prior to the buyback news there was huge volume for a few weeks. Speculation leads me to believe that Frank transacted third party investors to buy up a chunk of the float. Probably up to 500M shares at a pps. average guesstimate of .0005
Frank Kristan will buy those shares back including the shares that are tendered by shareholders. Probably another 500M somewhere in the Dutch auction range of .0001 - .01
Shareholders can set the ipo price of the dual listing entity which will trade on a major exchange possibly in Frankfurt, Toronto, London, Sydney or Hong Kong.
