Flippers bought from the 5s to the 9s and slowly started selling, IMO. Once the normal OTC rules of engagement, which is sell the news hits, the flock sells off. The company can change it if they wish. They can change the perception. If they have the supply on hand to meet demand, they need to honor Jones' words and create the urgency, stay ahead of the curve, and advertise their product not just to CAL, but to the Country.
