Just so everyone knows and can look into it, Inergetics' CSO resigned last year, not to write or finish writing a book as claimed, but to begin working with a new private startup which hopes to provide hemp based products in the near future from hemp grown in Europe.

On the surface it makes little since why Carl Germano would leave the company, unless he wanted to take a different path than Inergetics did with Terra Tech, or, and I hope this is the case, he wanted to be a part of a different company that will eventually work directly with Inergetics in supplying quality hemp products nationwide. When you consider Inergetics' ability to expand distribution channels significantly in a short period of time, I wouldn't be too surprised to see some type of partnership play out.
