please understand the significance of what they (colluding entities) don't have
re: PTOI (stock)
tracking stats .. matters when time frames covered can be measured in years
ATS (dark pool) is *NEW* (circa 2014)
what is remarkable about it .. is how they *were* able to hold %s *reported*
within a certain *range*
that is gone .. it was actually first noticeable back after October 2014's volume
was done (remember ATS has a 4 week lag)
each round of *wash trading* they do .. gets revealed ..
1.12.15 .. *volume* ran 70%
