Yes the volume is quite small. ..... BUT THE BID / ASK is walking up the ladder. ..... Which is what I want to see.
I have not seen 3¢ or 4¢ in a long long time . ..... Once we get to 5¢ and above, I will personally call this as being a breakout confirmation ! ..... ( Yeah, I know we need the volume part of the equation to confirm the breakout, too )
