I'm not tense because the delay is not a surprise and I keep a very open mind about GRCU'S "forward looking statements".. As mentioned; the delay is probably website related. My confidence with GRCU to hit deadlines is low due to their proven history of last minute openings. Wouldn't surprise me if the site opens but like allcbd.com they need to close it for maintenance or similar for a day or two only a couple weeks from now. They don't have a clue how to beat the clock or accelerate their timelines for the OTC " element of surprise". IMO they don't realize the consequences of their own actions in the OTC. Maybe Cruz will wake up if someday his precious .005's retrace to .002's overnight due to his own actions. Staying long regardless with hopes they can learn moving forward.
