To me it seems, and I am really hoping that I am right, that there must have been a recent request by HC to CenBio to finalize the license. I am assuming that Cen has been given 20 days to provide the requested information or else their application will be rejected. It could possibly be something in connection with the allegations or some other requirement. If the decision was final they would not have been given any further chances. This is IMO another attempt to twist the story to suit the motives of those against CenBio. It just seems fishy that after we are up the last couple of days, an article comes out to try to bring us back down again with no factual information just what looks like part of a conversation with some HC official with key information conveniently missing. There is no mention of any factual reason for the potential rejection. This could all be something quite simple for Cen to resolve. It also seems like we should have some answer concerning the license within 20 days.
