It is the proverbial "carrot" they have dangled for a long time with legitimate reasons for being unable to accomplish it until now.

It would remove a huge monkey from their backs and add credibility which in turn adds confidence on the part of investors which in turn adds $$$$ to the PPS. If it would ultimately improve the foundation of the business I don't see a downside.

Just my opinion and thoughts on the audit.
