I've searched HC's website quite thoroughly and can find nothing about a rejected application for Cen Bio, I'm sure many others have done the same and if there was something to it, someone would've found the rejection letter.

Even if there is such a letter, Cen Bio will have the 20 days and they will set the record straight and end up with a license, that's how I see it!
