Even if F.I.T.X. is one-half wrong that also means they are one-half right. Let it play out to a jury of our peers and we shall see what happens. I believe that F.I.T.X. will almost certainly be forced to adopt a more aggressive posture. It is time to force Canada to disclose whatever information that they are apparently sitting on and to make a decision based on facts rather than B.S.
