Could it be that HC is just waiting to see the new Cen-bio? Maybe HC told FITX they had to change and that is why it all of a sudden it became a spin-off. We all think quiet time will end on Feb 17 with HC coming back to say okay the time is up now show us what Cen-Bio is going to look like. Why would HC not just have told us from the start your done or fix this. Maybe they gave us the time to get the spin-off done and now it's time to come out with it all.
