If this really is the case because of the zoning and the local yokels, I just can't believe these local idiots including Bain would shut this down. What about all the security, building materials, vault ect? I would remove everything that could be reused and leave those sons a bitches with a bright pink shell of a building to look at or sell property to a salvage yard and move on
