I believe this is a last ditch effort to try ruining us; theoretically the globe article can be referring to the deficiencies found in October as a rejection and the fact that we are appealing them. As Catty mentioned if this was leaked on a Friday how was the pps so strong. The original deficiency/ inspection report was relased on thursday Oct 30 at 10pm at night. That is the only theory I can think of at this point. Until I hear from Bill and Co, this is just a cheap shot to bring us down pre spin off.
