In IMHO, I believe truly, that it's a last ditch effort to drive the pps down so they can accumulate as much shares as they can due to the impending licensure of CenBio.
Why else would the stock go up 70% in two days? The bs story coupled with the last two day's of upward movements just seems very conflicting to me.
