SRGE assets were transferred to MSJ. Hopefully, MSJ finds a buyer or JV partner which compensates SRGE shareholders. Debt holders are SRGE shareholders who get nothing until the move to a new stock exchange or perhaps rolling into another shell along with the new buyer/partner, then we see a share exchange. Usually takes 18 to 24 months. Might be just around the corner.
