How do you explain the concession titles being listed in SRGE's name on the Mexican Government's website?
SRGE, imo was a company created to take over the mines after BGL violated the terms of their agreement. A way for the debt holders to recover the millions of dollars they invested.
Unfortunately, the i-hub bashing shorting crew attacked the company hoping to capitalize on the old Southridge reputation while using their SEC contacts to kill the company while they made money. They do it all the time.
Now it's just a matter of waiting for the share exchange, JV buy out, etc.
If you don't own any shares, why not just leave.
