If it is indeed factual, i cannot see why they would not appeal. The article states they have a 20 day appeal process or something along those lines. This alone seems like BS considering other companies are suing health Canada over failed application status. It is going to be an interesting week; we have ying and yang of information on a Saturday: spin off and maybe a failed application. The difference is the spin off intentions are actually written on OTC late filing notice, the latter might be some slanderous bullshit or a last ditch attempt to sabotage our licence.
