With the low volume I don't think today is the day to get through the 3's.  The good news is that the ask size keeps shrinking.  It used to be in the 170's mil now we are at 129 mil.  The selling into the 2's is becoming less frequent.  All good signs of potential.  Give BCAP some volume next week and we could move up into the 4's.
