What's going on with this?

CEO Zajay Trujillo stated, "As a result of this revenue stream we will retire 500,000,000 restricted common shares which will reflect on our next filing. This will give us the flexibility to comfortably accomplish current plans and seize future opportunities."

I've learned there's always a reason for someone to post 872 times on one single board. I'm more of a Bull, so if I'm posting on a board it's because I'm excited about my investment and would like to see it go up. You said your a large shareholder? You must be a really nice guy if you want everyone to know you own a large amount of shares in a company that's a scam.
