Obviously, the broader market does not yet believe the company press. Near term sales are not priced in. Therefore, when they finally sell production quantities, the SP will rise 10-20 fold rapidly.
Another thing to consider, Squires has no public background. His previous career achievements are a mystery and cloaked in darkness. His resume is so thin, on the company web site, his bio contains information from what appears to be a summer job or college co-op-- "In the late 1970s at McDonnell Douglas he developed and adapted advanced materials for combat aircraft applications." That's a bit of a stretch considering he graduated college in the early 80's.
Quantum needs to prove themselves. Then, all of us small time amateur investors will find ourselves among a crowd, eager to grab a piece. For now, I see it as a credibility issue.
