That is true but they sometimes do invest in penny stocks. I have one that Marshwinds Advisory Company had. They sold out of the position before the end of last year. Anyone who says that Institutional Investors "Never" invest in penny stocks is wrong. If necessary I'll provide the proof from Marshwinds own website.
