Just spoke to Lui over at the OMB. He informed me that Tamara is going to reach out to the parties next week to discuss mediation, next steps. He told me to call back next Friday and he will be able to tell me what direction this is going in (mediation or trial). He did tell me that the calendar for trials is out to May....Wanted to see if the run up had something to do with good news from the OMB....
