Yes, yes, and yes. As soon as investment houses are able to invest in the company, we'll start seeing much less manipulation, if not having it altogether disappear for the most part. Some of this PPS nonsense is absolutely due to the way the company has been run, but almost all of it is manipulation. Frustrating for all that aren't making money by flipping stocks.
