people could research OMRI outlets or counterparts in Mex- are there fert processors within trucking distance in Mexcali, S AZ or CA etc
the last of the Colorado river water is used for Mexicali valley farming etc-so they need fert also-as does Baja etc = a lot of Baja wheat is shipped from Ensenada
