$CGRA has assets of over 10 million and some revenues with a very tiny SS. Market cap is crazy low! It's under $400k right now! Float is locked at 187 million and the pps is at .001!
$400k is INSANELY CHEAP! That's even low for some shells! Pps should be trading around .005-.001! IMO at the very least!
That would leave the market cap between 1.5 and 3 million! Which I think is very reasonable.
