Thank you Guts great insight. Here are my thoughts: Even if our revenues at main Ave drop due to whatever reason our net icome will be higher with less expenses now. This is truly a great development as anytime you can save $$$$ its a big thing. I have no idea what or how the #s pan out but if we can save 50k to 75k per month x 3 thats 150k to 225k in net income ( this is purely a guess as I have no idea if this is the case or not) which is a very big plus.


Bottom Line: Today was a great day in terms of another stream of revenues as well as saving on expenses every month. Let's see how this plays out for may 15th. I am very encouraged.
