It would simply be that easy. PTOI has a process with claims that defy basic economics so all they have to do is come out and say exactly how they do the impossible and re-affirm that the six years worth of delays really are just because of a continuous stream of bad luck which have nothing to do with the technology being worthless.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
