$SVFC I don't see why not. My thought are that it will exceed that in time. I do not have any conclusive answers but, here's my take: I think that the huge SS increase (250B) may be used for trading. By that, I mean, Andrews Ortho or other entity may finance SVFC franchising in exchange for large numbers of shares at cheap prices. I am not experienced enough to say whether or not it will cause a change in immediate pps. That said, over time, as the franchises become profitable, showing revenues, the pps will follow suit exponentially. I wish I could give you more than speculation but, like everyone else, I am in the dark and can only hypothesize.
