Over the last 18 months there have been many opportunies to buy shares .09 to .12. Millions of shares traded in that area. There are many people that own stock in those ranges and there was plenty of time to accumulate. It was well known that a certain "poster" bragged how predicatable SCRC was and bragged on another site. I know many people that bought in at those levels and higher as well recently.


Bottom Line: The historical tape shows there were many times to accumulate at lower levels. Maybe some day in the near future .16 to .22 will be looked back on as a great buying opportunity we shall see.
