Are you asking whether I believe P2O can pyrolyze material? I'm certain the processor can do so. I'm sure P2O can heat up material in an oxygen-free chamber just as well as anyone else can. I don't know what correspondingly comes out nor the value, other than I know the elemental composition of the resulting oil will be the same as the feedstock which went in. But I'm sure P2O has a fully functioning pyrolysis processor.
