Good post! That kind of chart happens all the time with a stock having been walked down via collusion between financiers and market makers. Once they get it as low as they want it, the TF conversion dumps actually allow market makers to cover their naked shorted shares that they used to step the pps down. IMO, thats what's happening now with Marani Brands.
Shorting is not a myth as their paid defamation specialists will try to make u believe. An example would be the day after MRIB hit .0014, and was ready to run, the MM's used 47 million shares to stop the uptrend.
Bottom line, I'm now convinced that the financiers and market makers aren't trying to bankrupt Marani Brands. Their just doing what they do to many (re)start up companies on the OTC. Sucking the equity out of the shareholders, and then at the peak of fear and negatively , they load up inventories for an explosive move that yeilds them huge gains. Just like that chart you shared Mysterium.
One thing for certain, Margrit is not hiding. She is out there giving her company, and product, exposure as she should. Also no harm in exploring an alternative financier so as to pay off her blood sucking TF and establishing a line of credit for working capital with better terms. And if Brazil revenues start coming in before debt obligations are due, they could then be paid with cash rather then having to issue shares.
I'll be adding on Friday while MM's are covering some of their NSS with TF conversions.
