Here's my advice to all of you:

Take screenshots of every obvious lie from any poster, here or on ihub. Once you have a dozen or so (shouldn't take very long), email them to Baltia so their inbox gets flooded. Nobody takes this company's legal team seriously, which is why bashers can post lies for a very easily argued case of stock manipulation. Once Baltia has actual photos, they'll see how much shit they have to deal with on the side of manipulation, and maybe they'll do something about it.
