Agree with you .... ya so right re. their crappy IR-quality (I speak about 2014!!) .. ... there´s much to do to get it at least mediocre again ... dunno if it´s kinda intentional tactic or just amateurism ... in any case pityful because they could have avoided so many frustration, misinterpretations and accusations ... and yes, basher-food ...
